This is a tip about your banner.
Maybe you want your banner to look like your layout; if you change layout frequently, then you will also change your banner frequently, meaning that you may have, every time, to edit your info and wait again for approval.
There is a way to avoid all this ^^

First of all, create your banner.
Now, you have to save it twice: the first time, you name it as you wish; the second time, name it "current.gif" or something like that.
This way you will have a banner that you will overwrite every time, and that you can use for banner exchanges or every time they request you the URL of the banner ^^
It will spare you the time of editing your info here and there when you change layout ^^
